When Jennifer received accolades from a commercial real estate broker for doing whatever was needed to successfully close on the purchase and sale of a self storage facility, which acquisition was complicated by the negotiation of a reciprocal easement agreement with adjacent landowners and a holdback escrow for the post-closing issuance of a permanent certificate of occupancy, her response perfectly summed up her dedication and commitment to her clients—“It’s my job to make sure that transactions get done and deals close.” Throughout her career, Jennifer’s dedication, commitment and persistence has served her client’s well, and she has helped clients achieve successful outcomes in many types of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions ranging in size from a single asset to large, multi-state portfolios, development projects and financings, across a variety of industries with an emphasis on multi-family housing, self storage and manufactured housing.
Jennifer enjoys getting to know her clients and learning about a client’s business and objectives. This understanding of the client’s business and objectives allows Jennifer to drill down to the issues at hand and offer practical solutions in order to achieve desired outcomes for her clients.
Upon graduating from law school, Jennifer moved to Colorado with her now husband as part of a 5-year plan (which has since turned into a 15-year plan…and counting). She started practicing real estate law at Jacobs Chase, and prior to joining MDH Law Group, Jennifer was a partner at a national law firm.
