With over 20 years of experience in real estate law, Maureen McGuire is a seasoned attorney specializing in complex commercial transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and property rights matters. Maureen has built her career on helping clients navigate complex real estate deals. From high-value acquisitions and commercial leasing to development agreements and public-private partnerships, she has a deep understanding of how to structure deals that work—not just legally, but strategically. Her experience includes negotiating multi-million-dollar transactions, facilitating large-scale development projects, and representing both private businesses and public entities on real estate matters that shape communities and industries.
Prior to joining MDH, Maureen served as Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City and County of Denver, where she played a key role in major real estate acquisitions, development agreements, and critical infrastructure projects. Her expertise extends to crisis-response real estate negotiations, having led hotel leasing transactions for emergency shelters and pandemic-related housing solutions. Prior to her public service, Maureen held a senior counsel position at a national law firm, handling a broad range of real estate matters, including self-storage portfolio transactions, commercial leasing, and railroad infrastructure agreements.
